Assay Designs' cyclic GMP Complete EIA Kit is designed to Simplify Your Science® by providing one easy-to-use assay for all sample types. The cyclic GMP Complete EIA Kit is for the quantitative determination of cGMP in cells, tissue, culture supernates, serum, plasma, saliva, and urine. Two sample diluents are provided to make assaying most any sample type possible. The optional acetylated format provides a 10-fold increase in sensitivity . The kit includes 0.1M HCl which is added to cells to lyse them, stop endogenous phosphodiesterase activity, and stabilize the released cyclic GMP.
