This antibody detects an ~40 kDa protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of phosphorylated Aurora B (AIM) (Thr232) on SDS-PAGE immunoblots, in samples from human origin. This antibody also detects a protein band at ~35kDa predicted to be Aurora C.
