This antibody detects an ~22 kDa protein, corresponding to the apparent molecular mass of phosphorylated aB-crystallin on SDS-PAGE immunoblots. There is no reactivity with non-phosphorylated aB-crystallin. This antibody may cross react with b crystallin (product# SPP-235).
