Background
The Assay Designs PBS Concentrate is a general all-purpose buffer specifically designed for use with the ImmunoSet products. Each bottle is sufficient for use with 5 x 96 well microtiter plates if following the instructions in our ImmunoSet protocol.The PBS concentrate may be diluted and easily modified by the addition of BSA and TweenŽ-20, as appropriate, to create the plate coating buffer, blocking buffer, and wash solution, in addition to creating the standard and sample diluent. Solutions of BSA and Tween are also available (Cat. #80-1928 and 80-1929, respectively). Additional assay development reagents are available as companion products to our ImmunoSet products.
