The DNA Damage ELISA is a rapid and sensitive competitive immunoassay for the detection and quantitation of 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) in urine, serum, and saliva samples. The assay is easy to use and has a simple, quick protocol. The kit contains all the necessary reagents for fast, consistent results, including ready-to-use pre-coated 96-well plate, 8-OHdG standard, diluents, buffers, HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, and instruction manual.
