Accessory Reagents

Assay Designs supplies a variety of accessory reagents to Simplify Your Science including tissue extracts and cell lysates generated from commonly used cell lines such as Jurkat, 3T3, and HeLa cells. As a complement to our portfolio of Stressgen antibodies, we supply several liver microsome preparations and heat shocked cell lysates for use as controls in the study of heat stress induced protein expression. Additionally, we offer innovative reagents for the detection of highly reactive oxygen species (hROS) and nitric oxide synthase activity (NOS) in cell-based assays.
